Going to gym is great and I encourage those who have to go there and make the best out of it, Mobile personal training on the other side is more focused and not so isolated because you have your own environment and you workout at your own time.
My clients have made progressive weight-loss goals in the last past 8 months and my clientele is growing that's a confirmation that we are getting something right if not everything. We are making progress outside the gym and as much as it sounds and look easy it is NOT! there's hardwork put in on gyms session and eating healthy.
